IVINS

Ivins is five miles northwest of Santa Clara on the Santa Clara Bench, west of Snow Canyon. Anthony W. Ivins was a Mormon church official and a pioneer of southern Utah. He had accomplished a great deal to help the Indians of the region and the town was named for him.
