OLJETO

Oljeto (San Juan) is near the head of Oljeto Wash in Monument Valley. It received its name from the wash.

OLJETO WASH

Oljeto Wash originates in Arizona and drains north into the San Juan River. This popular Navajo word means "moonlight." Variants: Oljato, Olijeto, etc.
