PETERSON Peterson Morgan is on Peterson Creek and I-84, seven miles northwest of Morgan. It was first settled in 1855 and named Weber City because of its proximity to the Weber River. The name was changed in honor of Charles Shreeve Peterson, an early settler. John W. Van Cott |
