PINE VALLEY Pine Valley (Washington) is a small isolated community in Pine Valley of the Pine Valley Mountains north of St. George. It was settled in 1859 near the head of the Santa Clara River. During the early years it was primarily a lumber town. In Later years the town became a small but stable community with many luxurious homes. It was named by Isaac Riddle, Jacob Hamblin, and others.
