GROVER

Grover (Wayne) is on the north side of the Aquarius Plateau (Boulder Mountain) on U-24. It was originally settled in 1880 and named for the U.S. President Grover Cleveland. The town had an earlier name of Carcass Creek for the creek located adjacent to the town.
